At OGKILS, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Unless otherwise stated, all items are covered by a 360-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.

1) Racket Warranty — 360 Days

Racket products are eligible for warranty service under the terms below:

1. Normal-play breakage only. The racket must have broken during regular use. Damage caused by collision, mishandling, transport impact, or other human factors is not covered.
2. String tension compliance. Breakage resulting from stringing above the manufacturer’s recommended tension is not eligible for warranty.
3. Covered parts. Warranty coverage is limited to the frame, shaft, and handle. Strings are considered consumables and are not covered.
4. Do not cut strings. To apply for warranty, the racket must remain unstrung by you. Rackets with strings cut or restrung after the incident are not eligible for evaluation.
5. Official inspection required. All claims are subject to verification by OGKILS China. The standard inspection timeline is 90–180 days.
6. Proof of authorized purchase. Only rackets purchased from OGKILS or authorized OGKILS distributors qualify for OGKILS UK warranty service. Products from unauthorized channels are excluded.

2) Bags, Apparel, Socks & Accessories — 360 Days

All OGKILS bags, apparel, socks, and related accessories carry a 360-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues under normal use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Prepare your order number, purchase receipt, product photos, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Contact our support team at info.ogkils.uk@gmail.com or your authorized retailer.
3. After preliminary review, we will advise on shipping the item for inspection (if required).

Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, OGKILS will repair or replace the item at our discretion with an equal or comparable model. If the product or colorway is unavailable, an equivalent solution will be offered.

Exclusions

• Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, odors, stains, or performance decline from prolonged use.
• Damage caused by misuse, collisions, improper storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Products without valid proof of purchase from OGKILS or authorized distributors.

This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights and may vary by region where applicable law requires.
